Cancellation Policy

Backpacking Expeditions & Day Hikes will run no matter the weather conditions. If there is severe weather such as hurricanes, tornados, or heavily severe thunderstorms TWB Tours will contact you directly to discuss the possibility of rescheduling. 

In the event of bad inclement weather or a cancellation, we will first try to reschedule. If we are unable to find a new suitable date and time for the event, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on circumstances, deposits, etc.
